How to Become a Member

ELIGIBILITY

The following persons are eligible for the Library membership:

Students

Registered Internal Undergraduate Students

Registered Internal Postgraduate Students

Staff

Members of the Permanent Academic Staff

Members of the Temporary Academic Staff

Members of the Permanent Non-Academic Staff


MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

Students

Registration of new students and issuing of library tickets usually take place at the beginning of new academic year; after the receipt of relevant information from the University Academic Branch.

Renewing of library membership and issuing / re-validating of library tickets for senior students take place after the receipt of relevant information from the University Academic Branch.

Staff

Staff members are registered by submitting the duly completed application form after the receipt of a copy of the letter of appointment from the Establishment Branch of the University.
